TAX Manager Europe Mondelez Global Tax team is a true partner to the business, providing real-time tax support and aligning external legislative and regulatory changes with business realities. You will be at the heart of the Mondelez Europe regional business, responsible for giving tax advice and ensuring that business processes are correctly reflected in relevant tax reporting and compliance processes. You'll also be supporting and coordinating cross-border aspects of tax audits and be part of the regional tax center of excellence supporting local tax managers. We need a strong self-starter, passionate about business and international tax Main Responsibilities:Tax Business Support Partner with business teams (Supply Chain, Sales & eCommerce, Procurement, Customer Service & Logistics and others) and back-office support functions (Legal, Finance, HR), providing tax input and advice during cross-functional discussions Transfer Pricing Review of transfer pricing templates and reports to ensure that Mondelez Europe value chain is adequately reflected in transfer pricing documentation Good working knowledge of economic analyses developed by the global Transfer Pricing team Timely delivery of transfer pricing reports, working together with local tax managers and external service providers Tax reporting (US GAAP) Support Tax Reporting team from a regional planning and tax audit perspectives Tax audits Support cross-border aspects of tax audits including collection of documentation and data, analysis, formulation and prioritization of potential defense strategies Technical excellence Actively monitoring external tax developments, analyzing their relevance to Mondelez Europe and communicating these developments to relevant stakeholders General international tax matters Ad-hoc support to internal restructuring, funding and M&A projects Qualifications In order to be successful you need to have:University Degree 5-7 years of international tax experience, including solid grounding in transfer pricing (preferably experience from Big 4 companies) Strong international tax skills Good analytical skills and ability to manage multiple and diverse stakeholders Dealing w ambiguity Good understanding of business models and value chain configurations and strong desire to learn more Well-developed communication skills Fluent English We pride ourselves on having a high performing and collaborative culture where we offer support and development to enhance your career and develop you knowledge and skills.
