The ability to be flexible and comfortable with change and a dynamic environment will also be critical to your success.  This position reports to the International Tax Manager and is involved in all aspects of international tax.
  • Prepare US international tax compliance including, but not limited to Form1118, 5471, 1042, 1120-F, W-8BEN-E, etc.
  • Prepare and review of entity tax packages and coordinating data flows into the tax returns.
  • Coordinate of local country tax compliance with in-country personnel.
  • Conduct research on international tax issues and prepare written documentation of conclusions.
  • Coordinate, prepare and maintain transfer pricing activities.  Includes preparation of annual transfer pricing documentation, maintenance of intercompany transaction agreements, monitoring of intercompany transactions to ensure compliance, identification of risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare of documentation required by BEPS and CbC reporting
  • Provide support to the tax accounting group on international tax provision issues.
  • Assist with international entity formation and operations, international planning, acquisitions, dispositions, financing and restructuring
  • Assist with domestic federal and state tax compliance.

Position Requirements:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in accounting. CPA preferred.
  • Minimum three years of hands-on international tax experience (in public accounting or in industry) preferred.
  • High value given to experience in the creation and maintenance of transfer pricing reports.
  • Preferred knowledge of FDAP, FATCA, BEPS and CbC reporting requirements
  • Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects in a time sensitive environment.
  • Ability to do income tax research using electronic research tools.
  • Ability to learn and become proficient in the use of CorpTax compliance software, and obtain CorpTax certification within two compliance seasons.
