Job Description

  • Support by fiscal year returns (VPB) of all entities
  • Input for the annual corporate income tax returns to auditors and be point of contact to them
  • Resolution of any disputes or audits that affect the entities
  • Preparation of monthly VAT returns
  • Keeping up to date on changes in the tax laws that could affect legal entities
  • Establish, maintain and improve SOX control and mandatory reporting
  • Manage all transfer price requirements
  • Periodic reporting and GL account reconciliations
  • Month end closing activities, analyzing business information serving monthly reports and KPI's
  • Annual statutory accounts for IHBV and two holding companies in the Netherlands
  • Continuous optimization and improvement of finance and business
  • The ICL/CBS statistics, and reports to the Dutch Central Bank
  • Maintaining intercompany agreements and corporate transfer pricing policy
  • Preparing quarterly board meetings for the holding companies

The Successful Applicant

  • Relevant degree in economics, accounting and / or tax
  • Several years of experience with above mentioned responsibilities
  • Analytical and accurate
  • Assertive, continuous improvement mindset
  • Flexible and creative attitude, driven for results
  • Advanced experience with Excel and SAP
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch as well as in English
