 This position’s primary responsibility is to support in day-to-day maintenance, user support, and training of tax applications, to include the following:

  • Assist in identifying and implementing tax technology and best practices. 
  • Assist in coordination and delivery of the tax technology transformation initiative for the department including identifying and developing automation of tax processes.
  • Assist in overall training with financial/tax applications for the team.
  • Participate in various tax planning and tax administration projects.
  • Assist various projects as needed, for example may support quarterly and annual tax provisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business
  • 1 year minimum (preferred) relevant experience
  • Knowledge of ASC 740 helpful
  • Proficiency using Excel
  • Knowledge of CorpTax, HFM, JDE, or BNA Fixed Assets would be a plus
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills
