The Tax Accountant II is predominantly responsible for the preparation of Corporate Federal and State Income Tax filings and supporting documentation and calculations.  Advising the business in vendor withholding compliance, as well as maintaining compliance with related documents and filing, in addition to the following as well as opportunities for participation in various projects:

  • Interpret tax laws, analyze, value, summarize opportunities and recommend options comprehensively.
  • Implement projects related to the application of tax laws.
  • Assist with tax audits.
  • Prepare and reconcile income tax accruals reported in accordance with ASC 740.


  • Advanced knowledge of the corporate income tax process
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant tax experience (public accounting, a plus)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required (MSA, MST, JD and/or CPA, a plus)
  • OneSource and/or PeopleSoft Financials knowledge, a plus
  • Confident and knowledgeable, takes ownership of work, initiates desire to take on new challenges and process improvements.
