Position
Reporting directly to Senior Manager, International Tax Strategy, you will assist with various international tax planning projects in cooperation with other Tax personnel while managing the execution of certain projects.  Key responsibilities will include:

  • Strong project management including coordinating and reviewing Tax Staff’s work as they support the Tax Strategy area.
  • Collecting, reviewing and maintaining all necessary documentation regarding transactions.
  • Researching and documenting various tax issues related to tax planning, tax return preparation, audit support, etc.
  • Analyzing the tax effect of current or proposed transactions, including reorganizations, acquisitions, and divestitures.
  • Review results of Transfer Pricing adjustments to ensure there are no adverse International Tax consequences.
  • Support Business Unit Tax Managers as need on tax planning and operational projects.
  • Support the Global Tax Accounting and Reporting team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA and/or MST preferred)
  • 4 years’ minimum of relevant tax experience (combination of large global corporation and Big4 public accounting preferred)
  • Must be strong communicator, both written and verbal as you will collaborate and interface with Legal Counsel, outside firms and advisors as well as internal leadership.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products required (Corptax, HFM, and/or SAP a plus)
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
