RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure compliance with ongoing statutory tax requirements, including coordination/review of foreign tax reports and obtaining required tax approvals in various jurisdictions. Managing and supporting the Group tax processes, tax planning strategy, M&A activities and transfer pricing/BEPS Coordination, management and assistance in preparation of quarterly and annual income tax provisions, reviewing local country quarterly and annual tax information packages, integral to the global income tax provision Review tax-related balance sheet account reconciliations and analysis, including deferred tax reconciliations, analyze valuation allowances, foreign remitted and unremitted earnings, and tax credit utilization Support external tax reporting requirements, including SEC Form 20F Management and support of domestic and foreign tax related audits, including correspondence with tax authorities and tax advisors Managing the income tax relationship with external tax advisors and foreign controllers to ensure full compliance with corporate international tax policies and procedures Monitor current and proposed, local and international tax law changes to determine worldwide impact.
REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, CPA 4-6 years of experience in tax department of Big Four and/or a large multinational corporation Excellent oral and written communication skills, in both Hebrew and English Good working knowledge of Israeli & international, tax compliance requirements Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate broadly and develop highly effective relationships inside and outside the organization Ability to learn and utilize Oracle and other technology tools. Strong project management and organizational skills
