As a Senior Manager Corporate Tax & Transfer Pricing, you will be responsible for the handling of various international corporate tax and transfer pricing tasks for a multitude of Company group entities worldwide. Within our central tax department, you will use your proven tax expertise to work independently with various other teams at the corporate headquarters and in the local entities as well as with external tax advisors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordination and management of various corporate tax and transfer pricing matters for Company group entities in different jurisdictions
  •  Preparation and management of transfer pricing documentation and other compliance documents
  •  Coordination and management of corporate tax and transfer pricing structuring / modelling
  •  Assistance in tax audits and tax controversies
  •  Identification and assessment of corporate tax and transfer pricing risks
  •  Management of specific tax projects
  •  Monitoring of developments in the international tax environment

 REQUIREMENTS:

  • Higher education in international tax or finance / accounting
  • Excellent knowledge and broad experience in general corporate tax matters as well as transfer pricing (practical experience with a multinational industrial company a plus)
  • Experience in finance and/or tax accounting
  • Fluency in English (additional language skills, particularly in German, a plus)
  • Open for occasional business trips to other jurisdictions with a Company presence
