Position Summary: Primarily responsible for managing the U.S. international tax positions including the foreign tax credit, impact on Subpart F related to supply chain strategies, merger and acquisition activity, and supporting the impact on financial statement reporting. Manages and drives projects that help to maintain a competitive effective tax rate and provides shareholder value.
