Together, we can help people build stronger communities — we're just getting started. Facebook is seeking an International Tax Manager to join its tax team. This position will be part of the International Tax Team that handles Facebook's global income tax issues and will report to the International Tax Director. Candidates must have the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment and work closely and proactively within the International Tax Team and numerous functional teams across our organization. Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing and monitoring global transfer pricing strategy
  • Assist with the inter-company transfer pricing calculations and documentation review
  • Assist in calculating buy-in payments, cost sharing calculations and management fee allocation
  • Assist in maintaining inter-company agreements
  • Support with international tax planning projects, including modeling for tax impacts
  • Assist in review of international compliance (CbC report, Form 5471 and 8858)

Minimum Qualifications

  • 12+ years of combined experience in Big 4 and/or a US multinational company
  • Bachelor’s degree in Tax, Accounting or related field
  • Experience in cross-board intercompany transactions
  • Experience with transfer pricing issues
  • Experience with international tax issues
  • Experience in leading cross-functional projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate degree with tax or accounting emphasis
  • Proficient in US transfer pricing regulations and OECD guidelines
  • Operating independently in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with business partners
