Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (FNF) is seeking to hire a highly motivated individual to become a Vice President of Tax in our corporate tax group based in Jacksonville, FL. The corporate tax group is responsible for identifying tax issues and opportunities across the range of FNF's products, businesses and regions. Duties • Tax Provision • Tax Research • Tax Planning • Managing Audits and Tax Compliance • Ensuring FNF is in full compliance with applicable tax laws and regulatory requirements • Maintaining the highest ethical standards • Anticipating and influencing tax legislation and regulations in a dynamic global tax environment Requirements Minimum 7 years tax experience, with at least 4 years in a CPA firm. CPA certification required. Education Bachelor's Degree, Finance or Accounting Experience Financial services experience a plus
