Your career must include training from public accounting as well as a publicly traded technology company. This pays approximately $200K-$250k base salary, plus bonus and equity. There is no budget for relocation reimbursement to be offered.

You will have the following responsibilities: 
You will be responsible for supporting a global, fast paced, very fluid business landscape. You will be a visible conduit across executive management. You will have full visibility at all levels within the organization. You will have complete responsibility for the compliance, corporate, state and local tax filings, domestic as well as international provisions, reporting, disclosures to external SEC filings. You will fulfill an integral role of leading new positions on tax strategy. You will evolve and build new processes and a team. 

You will be required to possess the following: 

  • You must be very technically hands-on. You are required to be an experienced manager (yet not reliant on your team on a technical level), detail oriented, having strong organizational as well as communication skills, and you must be flexible juggling multiple deadlines.
  • You should have direct experience collaborating and influencing executive decisions as well as making presentations to all levels. You must excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You must have total financial statement grasp including a preference towards Software, SaaS/Cloud Industries. International tax experience is required. · A CPA is required. A Masters or JD is preferable.
  • You should have 15+ years of experience with a demonstration of increasing responsibilities.
  • You must have publicly traded company experience and having accomplished an IPO (or similar entrepreneurial business transaction) would be helpful.
