Mandatory experiences: experience as tax specialist in a tax consulting organization; experience in the management of International Mobility cases. 

Purpose of the job:

As personal income Tax specialist, IM Tax Manager is in charge of managing, within Group C&B organization, personal income tax policy and processes generated by International Mobility (IM). 

Main responsabilities :

MANAGEMENT & Expertise 

  • Defines & manages the IM hypotax policy and processes , upon IM & Tax director’s approval.
  • Manages the Tax provider (RFQ, contract follow-up…).
  • As an expert , is the internal point of contact for all personal income tax matters.
  • Trains and develops the International Mobility teams on personal income tax matters.
  • Support Alstom Management in decision making on complex individual cases.
  • Support Alstom Management on tax matters linked to executive’s remuneration. 


  • Coordinates tax filling process and payments with the external consultants, the HR community and ALEC :
  • List of eligible employees, organization data collection, defining Alstom position with the external tax consultant.
  • Support HR BPs on IM Tax rules and processes for International Mobile Employees :
  • Prepare, update and communicate guide and support documents on tax, with the support of external consultant and in coordination with AES and HR BPs.
  • Support to Long Term Incentive (LTI) plans management on personal income tax and Social Security obligations :
  • Update payroll in France on tax and social security (DADS) reporting obligation and support reporting definition;
  • Support other countries in their tax obligations on LTI for employees under International Mobility, support LTI manager in the definition of adapted processes and reporting to comply with countries’ compliance requirements
  • Advise on plan’s tax framework and clause
  • Continuously check update / regulation evolution on the expertise area.
  • Study and/or coordinate the analysis of any major regulation change impacting executives or expatriates.
