Reporting to International Tax Director
Primary responsibilities include international tax compliance and financial reporting for the US consolidated group. The successful candidate will join an engaged team of tax professionals who work to reduce the Company’s exposure to tax risks, support M&A transactions, provide high-quality tax advice, and satisfy compliance requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • International tax compliance for the US consolidated tax return, including preparation and review of foreign forms, elections and disclosures
  • Preparation of transfer pricing studies
  • Maintain foreign E&P, Subpart F, GILTI, BEAT and tax basis calculations
  • Foreign tax credits including capacity and limitation calculations
  • Preparation of foreign impacts on quarterly tax provisions
  • Monitor tax legislation and regulatory developments
  • International tax research
  • Support GAAP audits of foreign-based subsidiaries
  • Serve as primary resource for tax technical and procedural matters
  • Develop a strong working relationship with internal and external clients
  • Work closely with Tax Planning Lead on cross-border transactions, M&A, and tax planning opportunities


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance
  • 7+ years tax experience with international tax experience
  • Strong computer skills, including tax compliance software, GL systems and research softwareÂ
  • Strong time and project management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to identify issues and recommend effective solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact and collaborate within the Tax department and across the Company
  • Excellent organizational skills, experience managing a diverse workload and skilled at reprioritizing  Â
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • CPA or MST highly desirable
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Access desirable
