Review and draft of different types of legal documents, such as contracts, minutes of shareholder's meetings, minutes of Board of Directors meeting
Drafting of legal and Swiss tax opinions
Legal and tax support to the trust & corporate administration department, in particular in relation to the setup, administration, management and liquidation of Swiss Companies as well as Offshore Companies, Trusts and Foundations
Coordination work with notary and/or Swiss/foreign lawyers regarding cross border projects
Simple payroll or legal support, e.g. regarding social security, insurance obligations, etc.
Preparation of tax returns for individuals and corporations in the cantons of Geneva, Vaud and Valais
Organization of and participation in client meetings and acquisition of new clients
Profile required
Master or Bachelor of Swiss law
TEP qualification would be a plus
2-5 years of experience in a Big4, a Fiduciary Company, a Law firm or a Bank
Good knowledge in Swiss law and tax, especially in individual tax
Good knowledge of regulatory field, such as FATCA & CRS
Knowledge of Trusts, Companies and Foundations
Team player, ability to work under pressure, committed, adaptability
Client oriented
Fluent in French and English, German would be an asset
Must be resident of Switzerland
