As Senior International Tax and Transfer Pricing Analyst for Adevinta, you will be responsible for transfer pricing and a lot of tax related matters in Adevinta and collaborate closely with the finance and tax teams in the different countries where Schibsted is operating in. You will be a valued business partner for the entire business across locations, managing local and international tax matters in all countries where Adevinta is present.
You will own and manage the ongoing governance and compliance procedures within transfer pricing in close corporation with our local finance and tax teams.
You will own and manage the responsibility for tax implications involving different jurisdictions, international tax issues, reorganisation projects, transfer pricing, tax risk management, contractual issues, etc.
You will work closely with key business stakeholders and local finance teams on a daily basis and in connection with M&A and restructurings supporting the strategic direction of Adevinta.
We will expect you to remain up to date with developments in tax legislation and participate in relevant courses and seminars. You will also have good opportunities for professional development.
Who we are looking for:
You have a relevant Degree/s on Law and/or Business Administration plus a Masters or similar relevant qualification on International Taxation.
To complement your educational background you have minimum 5 years of professional experience preferably in the tax department of a Big 4 and/or a multinational corporation.
We expect that you have a good understanding of transfer pricing issues, as well as knowledge on corporate income tax and withholding tax and a broad experience in dealing with international tax and transfer pricing issues, corporate structure reorganisation and M&A projects, management of IP projects, tax audits and risk management, contractual issues, etc.
The successful candidate is an energetic and internationally oriented professional, who will quickly understand and contribute to the underlying value drivers of our business. You enjoy working in a busy international environment and you have good analytical, inter-personal, and communication skills and enjoy taking ownership and responsibility. You possess strong project management skills as well as you are comfortable and capable of being hands-on and dive into details when needed.
As our working language is English you must be fluent in written as well as spoken English.
Since you will be part of an international Group some travelling should be expected.
