Incisive accounting is an established and growing accountancy practice with offices in Victoria and Chertsey. We believe in using leading edge technology to provide outstanding services to our clients, which tend to be entrepreneurial and tech savvy. We have had considerable success in migrating clients over to cloud accounting software which has lead to the opportunity to expand our outsourcing and accounting services. To support this opportunity we are looking for a part qualified/qualified accountant who will:

  • Be the advocate for cloud accounting with all our clients with a deep knowledge of the best in class software products
  • Manage a portfolio of outsourcing and accountancy clients - they will either already by using cloud accounting, or will be migrated over from existing desktop software
  • Supervise with the team to deliver high quality and efficient accounting services with accurate and timely management accounts, financial statements and tax returns
  • Support the continued growth of the firm by providing sales support to showcase our accounting services to prospective clients

The role:

  • The review of year-end accounts, CT600, and Corporation Tax computations for your portfolio of clients.
  • Meet statutory deadlines for VAT, Payroll, Statutory Accounts, Company and Personal.
  • Liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients.
  • Taking on and managing new clients.
  • Offer bespoke accountancy, taxation and tax planning advice.
  • Manage the client relationship whilst building a strong rapport and developing client loyalty.
  • Working as a team to continuously deliver the agreed level of service.
  • To undertake any other duties to support client service and the growth of the firm.
  • To continuously develop skills in cloud accounting and keeping up to date with accounting and tax legislation.

You will be a qualified/ part qualified accountant with a passion and knowledge of cloud accounting and technology in general. You will be able to form strong relationships with clients and be proactive in giving advice.

This role is based in Chertsey, however you may be required to travel to the Victoria office from time to time.
