Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By accessing or using the taxjobz.com website (Taxjobz.com), however accessed or used, You agree to be bound by these terms of use (the Agreement). By registering, You agree to be bound to this Agreement, constituting a legally binding agreement by and between Taxjobz.com (Taxjobz) and you (in either case, You or Your) concerning Your use of Taxjobz.com. We encourage you to print the Agreement or copy it to your computer\’s hard drive for your reference. By using Taxjobz.com, You represent and warrant that You have read and understood, and agree to be bound by, this Agreement and Taxjobz\’s Privacy Policy (the Privacy Policy), which is incorporated herein by reference and made part of this Agreement.
Taxjobz.com may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. By continuing to use Taxjobz.com following any change, You accept and agree to be bound by all changes. These Terms and Conditions supersede any prior arrangments, communications, terms or agreements between You and Taxjobz.com and constitutes the entire agreement between Taxjobz.com and You.
If you do not understand this agreement, or do not agree to be bound by it or the privacy policy, you may not access or use Taxjobz.com and you must immediately cease accessing or using Taxjobz.com.

In these Terms of Use:
Taxjobz.com means the on-line service provided at www.taxjobz.com
You means an individual, or a body corporate or unincorporated.
Register means completing the registration process.
Your Communications means any communications received or sent by You through Taxjobz.com.
Your Information means any information or material within Taxjobz.com which originated from You through Taxjobz.com.

Taxjobz collects data in order to provide a service requested by you and to contact you about tax recruitment process and new recruitment offers.
You always have the right to opt out of direct marketing campaigns. Please contact us at contact@taxjobz.com to be removed from our database.
By providing your email address, you agree to allow Taxjobz to use your address to notify you of any facts that may be relevant to your use of Taxjobz.com.

ELIGIBILITY

By accessing and/ or using Taxjobz.com, you represent and you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and are legally qualified to enter into and form legally binding contract. Any individual using Taxjobz.com on behalf of a company further represents and warrants that they are authorized to act and enter into contracts on behalf of that company. This Agreement is void where prohibited.

TAXJOBZ ROLE; TECHNOLOGY SERVICE ONLY

Without limitation, You agree that Taxjobz.com is merely a technology service and You use Taxjobz.com at Your own risk, without limitation and pursuant to Section ASSUMPTION OF RISK.
Taxjobz.com serves as a platform for users who comply with the Agreement.
Taxjobz.com\’s role is limited because Taxjobz.com is not directly involved in any hiring decisions. Without limitation, Taxjobz.com does not guarantee that it will pre-screen job opportunities or the content and/or information provided by users . Nor does Taxjobz.com guarantee the identity of any user. Taxjobz.com does not directly control the quality of any aspect of the jobs listed, including the accuracy of any content related to any listing. Taxjobz.com does not guarantee that any user will execute, complete, or otherwise fulfill any transaction or contract.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You knowingly and freely assume all risk when using Taxjobz.com. You, on behalf of yourself, your personal representatives, and your heirs, hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Taxjobz and its shareholders, officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates from any and all claims, actions or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, emotional distress, loss of privacy, or other damages or harm, whether to you or third parties that may result from your use of Taxjobz.com.

You may also be asked to provide a username and password in connection with Your use of certain features of Taxjobz.com. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your password. You may not use the username or password of any other member at any time, nor may You circumvent any authentication mechanism requiring the entry of usernames or passwords to gain unauthorized access to Taxjobz.com. You agree to notify Taxjobz immediately of any unauthorized use of Your user name or password. Taxjobz shall not be liable for any loss that You incur as a result of someone else using Your username or password, either with or without Your knowledge. You may be held liable for any losses incurred by Taxjobz, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives due to someone else\’s use of Your username or password.
Due to the nature of the Internet there may be delays or interruptions to Taxjobz.com that are outside our control. Taxjobz shall not be held liable for any losses arising from such events. Taxjobz shall not be held liable for any loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by an act or omission of the company, its directors, employees or agents

LICENSE

Subject to Your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Taxjobz grants You a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable as stated in this Agreement, non-transferable license to access and use Taxjobz.com. Taxjobz.com including any portion of the website, may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, modified, sold, resold, distributed, transmitted, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the prior, express written consent of TaxJobz. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Taxjobz. Without limitation, this Agreement grants You no rights in or to the intellectual property of Taxjobz or any other party, except as expressly set forth herein. The license granted in this section is conditioned on Your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Your rights under this section will immediately terminate in the event that You breach, actually or potentially, in the sole judgment of Taxjobz, any provision of this Agreement.

CONSENT TO RECEIVE ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS FROM TAXJOBZ

Without limitation, by registering for Taxjobz.com and providing your name, email, postal or residential address, and/or phone number through Taxjobz.com, you hereby expressly consent to receive electronic and other communications from Taxjobz.com, over the short term and periodically, including email, voice telephone call, and short-message service communications, regarding Taxjobz.com, new product offers, promotions, and other matters. You may opt-out of receiving electronic communications at any time.

CONSENT TO RECEIVE ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS FROM TAXJOBZ.COM USERS

Without limitation, by registering for Taxjobz.com and providing your name, email, postal or residential address, and/or phone number through Taxjobz.com, you hereby consent to receive electronic communications, including email, voice telephone call, and short-message service messages, instant messages, video conferencing, and other personal messages from other users of Taxjobz.com. To completely opt-out of any contact whatsoever from users, you may deactivate your account by sending a detailed email to contact@taxjobz.com.

RESERVED RIGHTS FOR TAXJOBZ FEES

You acknowledge and agree that TaxJobz reserves the right to charge for access to Taxjobz.com, in accordance with TaxJobz Fee Policy specified below subject to Taxjobz\’s amendment as specified in this Agreement. Taxjobz\’s decision not to exercise any specific right or require performance of any specific obligation under this Agreement, including without limitation the collection of regularly recurring fees from You, shall not affect Taxjobz\’s subsequent ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter. Nor shall Taxjobz\’s waiver of Your breach constitute Taxjobz\’s waiver of any subsequent breach by You or any other user of Taxjobz.com.
Taxjobz.com is currently provided at no charge to You. TaxJobz may, upon at least 30 days prior notice to you, charge fees for Your use of Taxjobz.com. Furthermore, any applicable fees for Taxjobz.com may be changed from time to time by Taxjobz at our discretion at any time upon at least 30 days prior notice to you. If you continue to use Taxjobz.com after any new fees becomes effective, you thereby agree to pay those fees, which Taxjobz discloses to you.

THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

Taxjobz.com is linked with the websites of third parties (Third-Party Websites), some of whom may have established relationships with Taxjobz and some of whom may not. Taxjobz does not have control over the content and performance of Third-Party Websites. Taxjobz has not reviewed, and cannot review or control, all of the material, including computer software or other goods or services, made available on or through Third-Party Websites. Accordingly, Taxjobz does not represent, warrant, or endorse any Third-Party Website, or the accuracy, currency, content, fitness, lawfulness, or quality of the information, material, goods, or services available through Third-Party Websites. Taxjobz disclaims, and you agree to assume, all responsibility and liability for any damages or other harm, whether to you or to third parties, resulting from your use of Third-Party Websites.

USER CONTENT

User Content is any content, material, or information, not including personally identifiable information (e.g., first and last name, address, phone number, email address, etc.), that You submit, upload, and/or post to, or transmit, display, perform, or distribute by means of, Taxjobz.com, whether in connection with Your use of Taxjobz.com or otherwise. Taxjobz does not claim ownership of any User Content. You retain all right, title and interest, including without limitation all worldwide intellectual property rights, in and to Your User Content. By submitting, uploading or posting User Content, you thereby grant Taxjobz a royalty free, perpetual, non-exclusive, unrestricted, fully paid up, worldwide, sublicensable license to copy or otherwise reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute or otherwise use User Content in connection with operation of Taxjobz.comYou agree to waive and hereby waive any claims from or relating to the excersise by Taxjobz of the rights granted under this section.
You hereby represent and warrant that You: (a) own all rights, title and interest in and to any and all User Content You submit, or are otherwise authorized to grant the rights provided Taxjobz under this section, OR (b) have written consent, release, and/or permission of each and every identifiable individual person in any User Content You submit to use the name and likeness of each and every such identifiable person in the User Content.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You agree and understand that you may be held legally responsible for damages suffered by other users or third-parties as the result of Your remarks, information, feedback, or other content posted or made available through Taxjobz.com that is deemed defamatory or otherwise legally actionable. Taxjobz is not legally responsible, nor can it be held liable for damages of any kind, arising out of or in connection to any defamatory or otherwise legally actionable remarks, information, feedback, or other content posted or made available through Taxjobz.com.

TERMINATION

Without limiting any other provisions of this agreement, Taxjobz reserves the right to deny use of Taxjobz.com to any person for any reason or for no reason.
This Agreement shall automatically terminate in the event that You breach any of this Agreement\’s representations, warranties, or covenants. Such termination shall be automatic, and shall not require any action by Taxjobz.
You may terminate this Agreement and Your rights hereunder at any time, for any or no reason at all, by providing to Taxjobz notice of Your intention to do so, in the manner required by this Agreement.

NOTICES

All notices required or permitted to be given under this Agreement must be in writing. Taxjobz shall give any notice by email sent to the most recent email address, if any, provided by the intended recipient to Taxjobz.com. You agree that any notice received from Taxjobz electronically satisfies any legal requirement that such notice be in writing. You shall give any notice to contact@taxjobz.com.

These terms and conditions apply from 1 August 2017 and replace any previous terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions.
